Graphic design
How does your design process work?
Describe the graphics you need (print or digital) and share examples if possible. After a brief and early mockups, you choose a direction to customize. Final files are delivered by email or file sharing.
Will the artwork be our property?
Yes. Once the final payment is made and your order is fulfilled, the artwork is always yours.
What do you charge?
Pricing depends on the project. Design work is typically charged hourly, and we can suggest cost-effective options for tighter budgets.
What formats will I receive?
Vector files in AI, EPS and PDF, plus JPG, PNG and PDF raster files.
When will I pay?
Small projects are paid in advance. Larger projects need a 50% deposit, with the balance due when files are ready.
What is my involvement?
A key one. Bring samples, color swatches and ideas so we understand your style before we start.
